Debtor Payments

Our office accepts payments by money order, cashier's check, personal check, and electronically. When remitting a payment, be sure to legibly include your name, address, and bankruptcy case number. All payments should be made payable to Chapter 13 Trustee and mailed to:

Please do not remit filing fee installment payments to this office. Filing fees should be remitted directly to the Bankruptcy Court.
